We never understand the meaning of "MOM" until we sail on the same boat

Mom,⁣ ⁣ I never understood why you seemed grouchy on some days 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized how bone-tired you were and underappreciated you felt.⁣ ⁣ I never understood why it took so long for you to get ready 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized you were too busy doing everything to get 𝘶𝘴 ready, and you came last.⁣ ⁣ I never understood why you would say give me five minutes when I wanted to play 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and just wanted a second to breathe in-between tasks.⁣ ⁣ I never understood why you would lose it over the smallest things 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized it was a buildup of frustration, anxiety, and stress that had you snapping and not the spilled cheerios all over the floor.⁣ ⁣ I never understood why you got mad at me when I got out of bed every ten minutes on loop because I wasn't tired 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized how many things you needed to ...

Mom's your the best

"They tell us how to grow a baby. What to eat. What not to eat. What vitamins to take and what bras to buy. Allll the prenatal yoga moves to do. But they forget to tell us how to put ourselves back together once that baby is born. They forget to tell us how we might feel like we’re drifting. Afloat. Alone. On a life raft with leaky breasts and sore stitches and a tiny little being dependent upon us for survival. They forget to tell us how weird and wild it feels to have loose organs shifting about inside of us. How there will be so much softness still. I get it. You don’t want to startle us. You don’t want us to be scared about what’s ahead. But….a little heads up would be helpful We’re brave enough for the truth. And those things you find so scary- loose skin and leaky breasts and big feelings- we might just be bold enough to welcome them. To see the beauty there. So here’s the truth mama- Your pelvic floor will probably need work and attention. You’ll have to put in some effort ...

Biology - Plants cell

Image
Inside a plant cell Let’s look inside a leaf to look closely at a plant cell. First, we encounter the plant’s thick cell wall. This is made from solid cellulose fibrils. It protects the plant cell and gives it shape. Once inside the plant cell, we see a large vacuole at the center. This space is a store for water and dissolved substances that might be needed by the surrounding cytoplasm . The water pressure in the vacuole also pushes outwards against the cell wall, allowing the plant to support structures such as leaves and flowers. plants make their food by photosynthesis , in chloroplasts . Photosynthesis requires light energy from sunlight. Sunlight passing through the plant cell is absorbed by the chloroplasts. The sugars made this way are used by the plant for energy and to make other molecules. If the function of the chloroplasts is to make sugars, then it is the function of the mitochondria to use the energy in the sugars to power the work of the cell. Respiration ...

A proud Teacher and A mom of two little champs

Image
Being a Teacher and a mom of two little champs is NO.EASY.TASK!!! I mean motherhood alone is exhausting and challenging!  Now try adding another 8 hours of teaching children into the mix and it’s enough to make anyone go mad… Heck at times life has gotten so hectic that I’ve even gone to work with single wear of coat for the entire week which is white imagine white Changing to dirty white... not so dirty too hahaha. Can you picture that? I don’t even get time to brush up my hair always have a messy bun and no calls to my parents often want to think about what my parents were thinking.    The sad part is that I didn’t realize it until the end of the day till am in bed after the kids are asleep having time on TikTok Sometimes I think it’s only a matter of time before I show up at work So how do we juggle our crazy busy teacher life and are just as crazy as mommy life? The reality is, that unless we learn to slow down and find a balance between the two,...
