The body systems that keep you alive.
1. Nervous system: Manages communication and control throughout the body. It is divided into the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system (nerve networks).
2. Circulatory system: Responsible for transporting blood, oxygen, nutrients, and waste products throughout your body. It consists of the heart, blood vessels, and blood.

A new-generation mom always needs an old version mom
A 24-year-old first-time mom will call her mom asking her what she thinks about her newborn’s cold symptoms and what remedies she suggests.
A 34-year-old mom of three will call her mom to discuss her youngest’s math struggles and potential next steps for extra help.
A 40-year-old mom struggling with sleepless nights and a never-ending to-do list and is in constant tears because she feels like she isn't connecting to her baby confides in her mom first.
A 29-year-old mom asks her mom if she can watch her son so she can shower, check emails and get a little work done because she knows her son’s in the best hands when he’s with her.
Moms of all ages need our moms.
We need our mom's way beyond when we turn eighteen,
move far away,
or have kids of our own.
And yes, we’re capable, responsible humans who can do all the things for ourselves, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 Sometimes we need reassurance that we're doing this motherhood thing well.
We need emotional support—𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥.
And there’s no one we trust, love, and respect more—so our mom’s guidance is more meaningful than any other recommendations, google searches, or books about parenting we read.
A mom always needs 𝘩𝘦𝘳 mom.
