"In the Canvas of Life: Navigating Colors with the Support of My Rock and Growing Little Champs"

Life's canvas is a vivid masterpiece, but its colors can become overwhelming without the support of a loving partner in both personal and professional realms. What may seem like bursts of frustration are, in reality, silent pleas from an overstimulated soul, yearning for a moment's respite.

Picture this: the TV blaring, the dryer humming, the lawnmower's persistent buzz, my Apple Watch chiming urgently, a too-tight shirt, a rebellious messy bun, and the undeniable sensation of crumbs beneath my feet. It's not anger; it's a sensory symphony that craves a pause, and alhamdulillah, I am blessed to have a family that understands.

Being an adult is an exhausting journey where demands never cease—at work, at home, even in the bathroom. It's not irritation; it's an admission of feeling overstimulated, desperately needing a moment to catch my breath. In this whirlwind, taking a moment for myself is not a weakness but an act of self-preservation, made possible through the unwavering support of my loving husband.

He's more than a partner; he's a pillar of strength, always there with motivating words, a listening ear, and a helping hand. His advice is a beacon of wisdom, and his love and care are the foundation of our home. His unwavering affection turns even the toughest days into moments of warmth, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.

As my kids are growing up, they've become not just little champs but also cooperative and lovely allies in this journey. Their understanding and cooperation add a new layer of joy and support. With each passing day, they bring more harmony to our home, turning it into a haven of love and understanding.

So, here's our story: I'm not navigating this complexity alone. In every seeming burst of frustration, my husband is my anchor, a source of motivation, a wise adviser, and an endless well of love and care. Our growing little champs are delightful companions, turning life's canvas into a vibrant masterpiece. Together, we've embraced the signs of overstimulation, communicated our needs, and found joy amid life's chaos.

In each seemingly challenging moment, they stand beside me, offering a moment of calm in the whirlwind. It's not a rebellion against responsibilities; it's a celebration of the rich, diverse colors that family brings to this wild journey called life.

WISDOM FOR PARENTING 👨‍👩‍👦

1. Avoid Giving your child everything he asks for. He will grow up believing that he has the right to get everything he wants.

2. Avoid laughing when your child speaks insulting words. He will grow up thinking that disrespect is entertainment.

3. Avoid remaining insensitive to bad behavior that he can display without scolding him for his bad behavior. He will grow up thinking that there are no rules in society.

4. Avoid picking up anything that your child messes up. He will grow up believing that others must take responsibility for his responsibilities.

5. Avoid letting him watch any program on TV. He will grow up thinking that there is no difference between being a child and being an adult.

6. Avoid giving your child all the money he asks for. He will grow up thinking that getting money is easy and will not hesitate to steal for it.

7. Always avoid putting yourself on his side when he is wrong against the neighbors, his teachers, the police. He will grow up thinking that everything he does is right, it is the others who are wrong.

8. Avoid leaving him alone at home when you go to the place of worship, otherwise he will grow up thinking that God does not exist.

9. Avoid talking down about a family member or spouse it will teach them to hurt others and that conflict and hurting others is okay.

10. Avoid showing them that not helping others in need is ok it will give them lack in grace.

To make things simple, teach them grace and kindness in all things and treat them the way you would want them to be treated. 💗😌

"The Cost Of Laziness"

Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Sam who lived in a small village. Sam was known for his laziness. He would spend most of his day lying around and doing nothing. He would ignore his chores and responsibilities, and would often make excuses for not doing them.
One day, Sam's father gave him some seeds and told him to plant them in the garden. Sam promised to do it but kept delaying it day after day, and soon weeks went by without any planting being done. The seeds were left to wither and die, and the garden remained barren.

Later on, the village experienced a drought, and the crops failed. The farmers were forced to go without food, and many of them had to leave the village in search of a better life. Sam and his family were also affected by this, and they had to rely on their savings to buy food.

One day, while Sam was sitting idly under a tree, he saw a group of children playing and having fun. He realized that he had been lazy all his life, and he had nothing to show for it. He felt ashamed of himself and decided to change.

Sam started to work hard and take responsibility for his actions. He began to help his father in the fields and do his chores without being reminded. Soon, his hard work paid off, and his family's financial situation improved. He also gained the respect of his fellow villagers.

The moral of the story is that laziness can be costly. When we procrastinate and avoid our responsibilities, we miss out on opportunities and may suffer the consequences of our actions. It's essential to take action and work hard towards our goals and dreams.

Thanks for reading! 🥰🥰

POLLINATION AND FERTILIZATION IN PLANTS

Visit a flower garden in the summer and you’ll see and hear lots of activity. Bees are buzzing and busily moving from flower to flower. Butterflies are quieter, but they’re visiting the flowers too. Ladybugs crawl and fly about. If you’re lucky, you might even see a hummingbird or two. What’s going on here? Why is everyone so busy? These animals are attracted to nectar in the flowers. Nectar is a sweet liquid deep inside a flower. It provides food for bees, butterflies and even bats. These animals need nectar to grow, and also to lay eggs. Plants help animals, but the animals are helping the plants too. When bees and other animals move around flowers, they take pollen, which forms on the male part of the flowers, the anthers, and move it to the pistils, or female parts of the flowers. If the pollen lands in the right spot, it moves down through the pistils, to the eggs, which are inside the flower.
Fun Facts about Pollination and Fertilization of Plants for Kids Once the pollen meets the egg, a seed is formed. Seeds are usually formed in fruit. A berry is a fruit, so is an apple. Even a pea or tomato is a fruit because they contain seeds. Once the fruit is mature, it releases the seeds. The seeds land on the soil and create new plants. Seeds can’t get up and walk, of course, but they move away from the parent plant in many ways. By moving, they can grow in a place where there’s enough water, nutrients and light. Seeds have many ways of moving. Sometimes the wind blows them about. When animals eat the berries, the seeds come out in their poop. Some seeds, like cockleburs, attach to people and animals for a ride. Parts of the Flower
Important Flower Parts for Pollination Process Pollination and Fertilization Vocabulary Nectar: sweet liquid in plants Pollen: powder or dust on flowers Anther: male part of flower, which produces pollen Pistil: female part of the flower, which moves pollen to the eggs Fruit: plant part that holds seeds. Pollination and Fertilization Q&A Question:What happens if a flower isn’t fertilized? Answer: Sometimes a flower won’t receive pollen and develop seeds. Bees and other pollinators don’t come out in rainy, cold weather. Then the flower dies and drops, without producing seeds. Question: Do all plants have both male and female flowers? Answer: Some plants produce male and female flowers. Pumpkins and cucumbers, for example, have some flowers that are male and some that are female. The female flowers have a little bump at the base of the flower. This bump becomes a fruit if the flower is fertilized.

Today's parents and their gadgets

Today, this phone seems to be much more interesting than Reading a story to your little one

Unknowingly we are teaching them that spending time on the phone when you can spend quality time with family is OK. Tomorrow we will blame them for not connecting with us. So it's up to us to teach them what bonding with family is .

Today, this phone seems much interesting then spending time with your husband/ wife.

but tomorrow when we will look back, we will have a little less memories to cherish...

And how badly we will wish to go back in time and feel each and every moment again..

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

Phones are now inevitable part of our lives we just cannot detach ourselves from it but, we must try to have healthy boundaries for ourselves as well as for our kids regarding screen time.
Follow these three rules:
1. No phone 30 minutes before bedtime
2. No phone during the mealtimes, preferably on Airplane Mode
3. Each time your family or your child has something to share, keep your phone down for a while.

Am a Mother of 2

𝐈 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞,⁣⁣
I carried you with swollen feet and heartburn,⁣⁣
ate healthy to help you grow big and strong,⁣⁣
laughed one second and cried the next,⁣⁣
and ran to the restroom 50 times a day with restless sleep,⁣⁣
until you were ready to come into this world,⁣⁣

And right now, you need me in a way that you will never again,⁣⁣

The reality of being STRONG

STRONG

When they see you as a strong woman, they think that you do not need anything or anyone, you can bear everything and will overcome whatever happens. That you do not mind being listened to, cared for or pampered.

When they see you as a strong woman, they just look for you to help them carry their crosses. They talk to you and they think you do not need to be heard.

A strong woman is not asked if she is tired, suffering or falling, if she has anxiety or fear. The important thing is that she is always there: a lighthouse in the fog or a rock in the middle of the sea.

The strong woman is not forgiven anything. If she loses control, she becomes weak. If she loses her temper, she becomes hysterical.
When the strong woman disappears a minute, it is immediately noticeable, but when she is there, her presence is usual.

But the strength that is needed every day, to be that kind of woman, does not matter to anyone.

Honor, recognize, respect and thank the strong women in your life, because they also need to be restrained, loved and feel that they can rest.

We never understand the meaning of "MOM" until we sail on the same boat

Mom,⁣
I never understood why you seemed grouchy on some days 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized how bone-tired you were and underappreciated you felt.⁣
I never understood why it took so long for you to get ready 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized you were too busy doing everything to get 𝘶𝘴 ready, and you came last.⁣
I never understood why you would say give me five minutes when I wanted to play 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and just wanted a second to breathe in-between tasks.⁣
I never understood why you would lose it over the smallest things 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized it was a buildup of frustration, anxiety, and stress that had you snapping and not the spilled cheerios all over the floor.⁣
I never understood why you got mad at me when I got out of bed every ten minutes on loop because I wasn't tired 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized how many things you needed to get done while we were sleeping. ⁣
I never understood why you were always worried 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized it's because your love for me was so strong the idea of anything bad happening hurt your soul.⁣
I never understood why you hugged me extra tight some days 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and realized the world is hard, and I was your reminder that everything was worth it.⁣
Entering motherhood has given me a changed perspective on everything, including you.⁣

And becoming a mother made me⁣
love you more.

Mom's your the best

"They tell us how to grow a baby. What to eat.
What not to eat. What vitamins to take and what bras to buy. Allll the prenatal yoga moves to do.

But they forget to tell us how to put ourselves back together once that baby is born.
They forget to tell us how we might feel like we’re drifting.
Afloat. Alone. On a life raft with leaky breasts and sore stitches and a tiny little being dependent upon us for survival.
They forget to tell us how weird and wild it feels to have loose organs shifting about inside of us. How there will be so much softness still.

I get it. You don’t want to startle us. You don’t want us to be scared about what’s ahead.
But….a little heads up would be helpful
We’re brave enough for the truth.
And those things you find so scary- loose skin and leaky breasts and big feelings- we might just be bold enough to welcome them.
To see the beauty there.

So here’s the truth mama-
Your pelvic floor will probably need work and attention. You’ll have to put in some effort to regain that muscle strength, no matter how gentle your birth. Your breasts and belly will probably never be the same. Love them anyway. Love than more than before!! Celebrate them! Buy bras that make you feel sexy. Then move on.

Your identity and sense of self will change radically. Buckle up for the ride. You’ve got this. Your partnership and friendships and general relationship with the outside world might feel foreign for awhile. Or forever. Those relationships might crack and break under the weight of new parenthood. Live your truth. Leave the rest behind. In love.

The whole world might feel shaken up.
You’ll probably feel shaky and raw
That’s normal (they just forgot to tell you.)

You’re new here. In this skin. In this role. In this love. You’ll find your way. You’ll find your rhythm. It will all fall into place- with time.
Until then- breathe.
As deeply as you can.
Drink your tea before it gets cold.
If you can.
Rest -
whenever you can.
And love on your new self.
As deeply as you can."❤️

Biology - Plants cell

Inside a plant cell

Let’s look inside a leaf to look closely at a plant cell.

First, we encounter the plant’s thick cell wall.

This is made from solid cellulose fibrils. It protects the plant cell and gives it shape.

Once inside the plant cell, we see a large vacuole at the center. This space is a store for water and dissolved substances that might be needed by the surrounding cytoplasm. The water pressure in the vacuole also pushes outwards against the cell wall, allowing the plant to support structures such as leaves and flowers.

plants make their food by photosynthesis, in chloroplasts.

Photosynthesis requires light energy from sunlight. Sunlight passing through the plant cell is absorbed by the chloroplasts. The sugars made this way are used by the plant for energy and to make other molecules.

If the function of the chloroplasts is to make sugars, then it is the function of the mitochondria to use the energy in the sugars to power the work of the cell. Respiration takes place in the mitochondria.

Many of the structures inside a plant cell are found in both plant cells and animal cells.

This is a cell from the plant leaf

This is what the cell might look like if we cut away part of the cell wall and cell membrane to see what's inside.
These are the parts of a plant cell that are visible with a light microscope.

* Note that, without staining, all the parts of the cell would look transparent apart from the green chloroplasts.

     * When cutting through a tissue to make a microsope sile, you cut through many cells
     * When using a microscope what you see is in two dimensions.

*You need to interpret this to help you understand what a cell looks like in three dimensions.

    * Imagine that this cell was cut through as shown.

* Draw a sketch to show how you think the 2D section  on the slide wsould look.

Remeber to label your sketch

This is what you would see,in the correct positions.
compare your sketch with this one

How is it the same? how is it different?
